Summer is coming, Summer is Coming, SUMMER IS COMING!!!
(Well I’m late on this review so really summer is here but anyway…)
The May Boxy Theme is Making Waves
In the box were the following.
GLAMGLOW – Gentle Bubble Cleanser
I mean can Glam Glow even do wrong? I love this cleanser, good formula & works like magic. I do think Glam Glow is pricey but worth every dollar for sure.
ALAMAR – Colorete Blush Trio
I was so excited to receive this blush palette, this is something I was considering buying for some time. The formula is buttery smooth, builds nicely & blends so easily. The shades aren’t what I usually go for but mixed together create a beautiful color. & these can definitely be used as shadows for a pretty barely there makeup look. (I used the peach as blush & all three for the eyes of this makeup look)
CIATE LONDON – Eye Lustre Creme Eyeshadow
I’m not too impressed by this, the color basically disappears with even the slightest blending & the formula doesn’t really allow it to be buildable. Yes it’s shimmery af but when looking at it in the packaging compared to what it’s like on is not at all what I was expecting.
PUR – Pro Eyelash Curler
I was excited for about half a minute when I pulled this out of the box because I Needed a new curler… Then I remembered I’d bought one not even a week prior so I didn’t need another one.. Guess it never hurts to have backups.
ORYZA – Opaline Top Gloss
I really like this lip topper/gloss, looks great as a topper & worn alone as a Gloss. Reminds me a lot of the Tarteist shimmering lip paints. The only downside I found with this was the dry down. After it has dried down it feels dry on the lips, dry & slightly sticky at the same time which is weird. Taking it off was also a bitch!
Final thoughts, this Boxy Charm was yet another Good One! Aside from the Ciate creme eyeshadow which was a flop, everything was pretty good!
Total value of the box is $104.99, for just $21! Issa win.
